Parking Update

The business center offers one hour of free parking to visitors in two Diamond Parking lots.
One lot is directly across the street from the entrance to the building, and the spaces allowed are #1 – 38.The other lot is in a parking garage on the north side of the building. The entrance is on 47th. We are allowed to use the 2nd and 3rd levels of the new structure. (The basement level is for Trader Joe parking only.)Please note your parking space number and your license plate number and register your vehicle on the third floor as your enter.park

Letter of Medical Necessity

If you have a Health Savings Account you may be able to purchase prescribed supplements with HSA funds. Some insurance companies will require a letter of medical necessity plus the purchase receipt. Dr. Simon can supply the necessary letter to submit to your insurance company verifying that your supplements are vital to your well-being! Next time you are in the office just ask Dr. Simon and she will be glad to send that to you shortly! letter
